Filtering Clients

Have a lot of clients added on Ensurely? Looking for a specific person? With filtering, narrowing down your Clients can be as granular as you'd like.

Filter By

The "Filter By" option in the Ordering tile allows you to choose what to search for. Currently, you can filter for Clients by their name and primary email address.

Sort By

The "Sort By" option in the Ordering tile allows you to choose the order in which Clients appear. By default, this will be set to sort Clients in alphabetical order by name. You may also choose alphabetical order by email, or by date last modified. "Sort By" will reset to the default everytime you load the Clients page.

Note: Changing the option chosen in "Sort By" will not immediately change the sorting shown. The sort will take effect on the next search that is done. If you wish to sort without using a specific filter, search without anything entered in the Search Field.

Results Per Page

Results Per Page determines how many clients will be shown on a single page after a search. This defaults to 10, and can be increased up to 100.

Searching For Clients

The Search Field allows you to look for specific Clients, and will use the options chosen in Filter By and Sort By. Enter the filter you would like to use in the Search Field, then click the magifying glass icon to the right.

Searching will look for strings that start with the given filter. For example, the following would show when filtering for "Josh", and "Filter By" is set to Name:

• Josh Doe

• Joshua Doe

The following would not show with this search:

• Donald Joshua Sr.
