Create Your Virtual Business Card with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet! Ensurely March 2025 Feature Roundup
Hey there! It's Parker with Ensurely. This month, we brought one of our most anticipated features to Ensurely. Starting now, you can create your own virtual business card with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet! Let's see how it works, as well as some other updates this month:
Ensurely meets Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Create your own virtual business card that updates automatically! With Ensurely's Apple Wallet and Google Wallet integration, sharing your contact information has never been easier.
On your Wallet Pass, the following will be shown:
Your name
Your profile photo (Apple Wallet only)
Your email address
Your phone number
A QR code to go to your Ensurely page
You can customize the following on your pass at any time:
Background color
Text color (Apple only)
A Card That's Smart
Paper business cards don't update, but ours do! When you make a change to your Ensurely page, your Wallet pass will automatically update on every phone that has it added.
This doesn't just apply to the coloring! Whenever you change any of the information that can show on the pass (like your email), your pass will update too. Never lose clients and contacts when you change your information ever again!
If you remove something from your Ensurely page, it will disappear on the pass as well. Change your mind on having your phone number be public? We'll take care of it for you.
Share Your Pass With Ease
You can add a button on your page to let others add your Wallet pass to their iPhone or Android. That way, anyone who views your Ensurely page can save your contact info!
Sharing your pass is easy on the Wallet apps themselves too. Use the Apple Wallet or Google Wallet built-in sharing features to send your business card without logging into Ensurely.
On Apple devices, sending your card can be as simple as one text away:
Quick Share and Tap To Share
We've made sharing your page even easier with Quick Share and Tap To Share on the Dashboard! Using your device's native functionality, Ensurely will integrate directly with your device to make in-app sharing even easier.
Quick Share
With Quick Share, you can use your device's native sharing features to quickly send your page to someone. On mobile, this makes it super easy to text or email your page to someone!
Tap To Share
For Apple devices, Tap To Share brings Airdrop's Bring Device's Together functionality straight to your Dashboard! Simply hit Tap To Share, choose Airdrop, and hold your phone next to someone else's. Your page will be sent to them right away!
New Themes
We've added 2 new themes this month, Bold and Gradient. With a focus on sleek and modern, these themes give you a modern professional look
Bug Fixes
Another round of bug fixes have been put in this month to make your Ensurely experience even better. Here's what we fixed:
Fixed an issue where the Social Bar's icons would be transparent when the black verison of the icons were used
Fixed an issue where the Ensurely theme incorrectly cut off contact information text in the Mobile view.
Fixed an issue where a page would never load if the Versed theme was chosen without a profile picture.
Fixed issues where proper feedback was not shown when changing your password.
Fixed an issue where proper feedback was not shown when sending an email via the Dashboard.
Fixed an issue where Maps would not store the necessary information after a page reload, resulting in the map being removed if the name was changed immediately after.
Fixed an issue where Urban would unexpectedly have additional blank space on the Desktop view.
Fixed an issue where name could be set to blank in My Account.
What's Next?
Ensurely has had some major updates since we first launched, and we're super proud of everything we've added. In April, we will be focused on revamping the Support Portal experience as well as a ton of new themes! Stay tuned next month to see what's coming next.
