Ensurely Subscription Refund Policy - November 11th, 2024

Dear Customer,

By purchasing a subscription to Ensurely services (“the Service”), you agree to and are bound by the terms of the refund policy outlined below, as well as any amendments hereto. This policy applies universally to all customers of the Service, without exception.

24-Hour Refund: Customers seeking to cancel their subscription and receive a refund must submit their request within twenty-four (24) hours of making their payment.

Refund Request Process: Customers wishing to cancel their subscription and receive a refund are able to do so by visiting their Customer Portal through our payment processor, Stripe. A request for cancellation and a refund will be received and processed in accordance with the terms set out in this policy. If this method is unavailable, Customers may also reach out to support@ensurely.net.

No Refunds After 24 Hours: Typically, no refunds will be provided after the expiration of the 24-hour period. If Customers wish to cancel their subscription after the 24 hours period has passed, Customers must reach out to support@ensurely.net. These refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of a refund being issued.

 

Cancellation Timeframe: The subscription will be cancelled immediately, and will not remain active until the billing cycle. A prorated refund for subscription activity remaining will not be automatically issued. If Customers wish to be prorated for this remaining time, Customers must reach out to support@ensurely.net. These requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with no guarantee of a prorated refund being issued. These requests must be submitted within 24 hours of cancelling a subscription.

Rights Reserved: Ensurely reserves the right to modify this policy at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any changes to the refund policy will take effect immediately upon their publication on the Service’s website.
